What can I do in My Account?

At the start of your switch we’ll email your login details for My Account and the First Utility app. If you haven’t already, download the app for Android or iOS to have more control over your energy spend.

In your online account you can change all of your details including:

  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your Direct Debit details and bank details in the section ‘My Details’.
