There's a problem with my moving details

If you’ve recently moved in, or out of a property we supply and think any of your account details are wrong, let us know and we’ll sort it out. When you call, make sure you have all of your details from the day you moved in, or out of the property:

  • Opening/closing readings
  • The date you moved in or out
  • Proof of occupancy, or your tenancy agreement (anything to prove responsibility for this property).
