We may move you to our cheapest variable price tariff if you don't use your online account for the actions above.

To give you a guideline of what your bill might be when you switch to First Fixed May 2018 v5 Online we have calculated a bill for a medium sized home using Ofgem’s national average consumption rates (3,100 kWh of electricity and 12,500 kWh of gas) to be £928 annually. Direct Debit
Simply send your details to us, we’ll set up your Direct Debit, and your payments will automatically come out of your account each month until you contact us.

No dual fuel discount so your unit cost is lower
Often when you have one supplier for both your gas and electricity you are rewarded with a discount. Whilst this sounds good, it can mean that you pay higher prices throughout the year.

With our Fixed tariffs your unit cost is lower, so you save from the very start.

Low early exit fee
If you want to change to a different tariff or energy supplier before the tariff end date you will need to pay an exit fee of £30 for electricity and £30 for gas because you have chosen to fix your prices until this set date.

We’re helping every customer save energy and save money
