You will have a dedicated Account Manager who will proactively work with your team to ensure there is a comprehensive understanding of the smart meter product and customer benefits.

Our housebuilding service delivery team will work with your site manager to plan meter installations in advance and ensure they are fitted within a schedule convenient to you.

Resource to meet your needs

We are already working on development sites of more than 750 plots and have access to our own large and experienced meter installation team as well as to national outsource partners, fully trained in smart meter installation, testing and commissioning. This ensures that, whatever the size of your development, we have the resource to meet your timing schedule.

Efficient, convenient installation

We can install your smart meters wherever is most convenient for your development – this could be internally or externally depending on the space available and your design requirements. Our technical team will work collaboratively with you to identify the best solution.

Once installed, smart meters automatically send energy data daily to our customer centre where it is processed and turned into accurate bills and meaningful, customer-friendly usage information. When your customer moves in to their new home, there is no need for them to provide access for regular meter readings - it is all taken care of remotely by their smart meter.

Show home support package

Your dedicated Account Manager will work with your show home staff to fully explain the benefits of smart energy supply and provide sales literature and hand-over packs. We provide contact details for support staff in marketing, technical and customer service to help you to sell your homes.

All the content of our sales and marketing literature is founded on energy management research conducted over many years. This has shown that with regular use of the information provided, customers can make energy savings of between 10 and 15%.
