My Energy
My Energy is the energy saving plan which shows you when, where and how you can save on your gas and electricity. Exclusive to First Utility, this brand new programme uses your household and actual meter data to provide you with personalised tips to help you save money and look after the environment at the same time.
Combining My Energy with our Smart tariff makes saving energy even easier. The automated readings we receive from your smart meter are far more regular and even more detailed than the manual meter reads we get from our iSave customers, which means we can provide you with even more accurate tips tailored to help you and your household make big savings.
Smart Meters
Once we’ve installed your smart meter*, you get the power to monitor your energy consumption at your convenience. Your online account gives you visibility and control of your electricity and gas usage, allowing you to make changes in your home to save money and energy.
Your First Utility smart meter takes an accurate reading of your electricity usage every 30 minutes and your gas usage every day. These readings are automatically sent to us via a mobile communications link so we can convert your data into straight-forward information you can view online. You then get to see how much energy you use and where you can save money and energy. Everybody wins.
