My Energy
My Energy is the energy saving plan which shows you when, where and how you can save on your gas and electricity. Exclusive to First Utility, this brand new programme uses your household and actual meter data to provide you with personalised tips to help you save money and look after the environment at the same time. We like to think of it as a personal trainer for your energy efficiency.
Energy monitoring units
When it comes to getting to know your gas and electricity usage, an energy monitoring unit makes an excellent addition to your iSave Fixed September 2014 tariff.
The unit, which costs an additional one-off fee of £35, is a remote digital monitor that works independently of your existing meter to provide you with a quick, estimated view of how much electricity you use at certain times of the day. You can even single out individual appliances to see which devices cost you the most and where you can make the biggest savings. You might be surprised at just how much power it takes to boil a kettle or run halogen spot lights in your kitchen.
It’s not easy to pick the right energy supplier for you, so to help make your decision easier we’ve gathered our most frequently asked questions. If you have a query which isn’t covered, please contact us.
