Once you become a customer, we'll email you with your log in details, so you can start to have more control over account:
Submit a meter reading - make your bills more accurate.
You can submit your meter reading using your online account. Submitting a meter reading helps us make your bill as close to accurate as it can be.
Your online account stores all of your previous readings, so you can keep track of your energy usage.
Keep track of your bills
One of the most useful things in your online account is the Account summary. This provides you with an overall summary of your account, including your current balance and recent payments.
Your online account also stores all your bills, so you don't have to worry about printing them off and having lots of paperwork.
Manage your Direct Debit arrangements
You can make changes to your Direct Debit arrangements through your online account. You can also switch from a fixed to a variable Direct Debit.
Just remember that you can only make one online change every three months. Also, you can’t currently switch back to a fixed Direct Debit online.
Make a card payment
If you have an outstanding balance on your account, you can use a card payment to settle it through your online account. Read further details in our website’s Help and advice section.
See your usage
You can see how your energy usage changes over time with our handy graph. You can also download this data so you can better understand your usage.
Change your contact and bank details
If you want to change the email or phone number we contact you on, or change the account you pay your bill from, you can do it in your online account.
