How do I change the details in my online account?
If you need to let us know about certain changes to your personal details, you can do so through your online account.
Once you’ve logged in to your online account with your username and password you'll see a section called 'my details'. When you click the link you’ll be able to access the details that are associated with your account.
Only certain details can be amended on this page. They include your:
- contact telephone number
- email address
- account password
To change any of the above, simply enter your new details on the form and click the green 'change' button and your new details will be saved. If you need to change any other details, such as your name or bank account, then you need to contact Customer Services on 01926 320 700.
