Currently available in the East and West Midlands, smart meters automatically submit meters readings every half hour for electricity and daily for gas. This information is then made available to the customer in the form of simple-to-understand graphs shown on their personal online account. By having a clear visible view of your energy usage it is easier to see where and when you spend your money, and where you can make savings.

Smart meters are currently available to customers based in the East and West Midlands, we are gradually rolling them out through the UK in the coming months.
