Shell Energy customers are joining Octopus Energy, so we’re no longer offering new tariffs. The good news is that all Octopus tariffs include electricity from 100% renewable sources, too.
Shell Energy customers
If you’re a Shell Energy customer, you don’t need to do anything right now. Over the next few months, you’ll be transferred over to Octopus.
We’re still operating as usual, and until your account has been transferred, our friendly Shell Energy teams are on hand to help you.
The price cap and your bills
