Your monthly bill has been designed to be clear and easy to read. It shows your previous month's balance and the payments made, as well as the amount due this month.

 

Details of the month's electricity usage (by day, night, evening and weekend) and costs are broken down for you. Our bills also show your electricity consumption and spend over the last four months, four weeks and by the hour. This is to help you understand when you are using most electricity, so you can reduce usage and costs.

What will my bill look like? (business customers)
Will I continue to get estimated bills once my First Utility smart meter is installed?

We will need to estimate the first period of supply prior to your smart meter being installed. The estimate will be based on the EAC (Estimated Annual Consumption) that you provide us with. When the smart meter is installed your energy bills will be 100% accurate and you won’t ever have to take manual meter readings.

 

Once we agree the opening readings from the meter you had with your previous supplier, we will reconcile the initial estimated period to the actual readings.
